Within the Incubator offices range in size from 100 to 500 sq.ft. and can be fitted out as laboratories or offices to give maximum flexibility and growth potential. Businesses vary in size from one person operations up to as many as employees. Accommodation is on a three month, easy in, easy out lease arrangement, but companies that come under the Incubator's wing normally stay for between two to four years.
