Our Team
Gill MacAulay, Managing Director
Gill's experience in running business incubators is second to none in the country. She was one of the first employees at inception of the business and has been Managing Director for 16 years helping guide the Incubators clients through their growth. Her main role, amongst many, is providing valuable advice in the areas of funding, business planning and marketing.
On the rare occasion that Gill isn't advising young businesses she's probably golfing, playing bridge or using her well honed negotiating skills on her son!
Cathie Quail, Office Manager
Managing the Incubator's client support services falls to Cathie, be it running sales ledgers, managing credit control or implementing administration programmes. As a long standing member of staff with nearly ten years of experience this means that she is well aware of the problem area s for growing businesses.
When Cathie is away from her office you'll find her buried in a good book!
Catherine McCann
Catherine is aware of the importance of front line support to businesses. You'll find her at reception handling day to day duties and helping clients businesses run smoothly, effectively and with a friendly smile.
In her free time, Catherine undertakes voluntary work with adults and children with visual impairments. To relax and wind down she likes nothing better than going to live concerts.
